Every player of sepak takraw must strive or build endurance as strong as possible to help endurance stamina and energy while playing strength in the court.
To get the stamina, the player should be ready to make run either on the football field or in the recreation area or in the court so easy to make a run to the round count.
Each run must be upgraded from time to time and after the race, the player must wind down at least five minutes and take a drink so that the fatigue level down to normal levels before starting the next exercise.
